Frequently asked questions
What happens when I hit a limit?
Link imports pause when the monthly page allowance is used. Pasting reviews and using Send to Casily remain unlimited, as do customer confirmations and published proof pages.
Can I change plan?
Yes. We are in early access, so talk to us and we will move your workspace to the right plan personally.
What happens to my proof pages if I stop paying?
Published proof pages stay live. A page still comes down if you unpublish it or the customer withdraws permission.
