Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Casily at casily.ai. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and connector tokens secure. One account per person; do not share logins. Your workspace is isolated from every other workspace: your contacts, deals, proof and transcripts are visible only to the people you invite.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create in Casily — proof items, contacts, deals, notes, transcripts, files and imported reviews. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it so the product can work, including sending it to AI model providers when you trigger tagging, drafting or matching.
Proof classes and customer approval
Casily keeps proof in three classes. Confirmed proof has been approved by the customer it is about, through a tracked approval link or a recorded offline approval. Sourced proof is attributed third-party material — for example an imported review with a named reviewer and a link to the original — that you have attested is a genuine review of your business. Reference material is everything else: usable as context inside your workspace, but never presented as confirmed or published as customer-endorsed proof.
When you ask a customer to approve proof, they choose what you may use (their name, logo, numbers, direct quotes) and where (proposals, your website, social posts, or anonymised use only). Casily enforces those choices on every output. A customer may withdraw approval at any time; when they do, published pages come down and affected outputs are blocked. You are responsible for honouring the scope and withdrawal decisions your customers make.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload material you have no right to use.
- Do not use Casily to publish fabricated customer quotes or claims.
- Do not present reference or sourced material as customer-confirmed proof.
- Do not submit reviews to third-party platforms through Casily or on its behalf.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
AI output
Drafts and matches are suggestions, grounded only in the proof in your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and for obtaining customer approval before publishing any proof.
Video embeds
Video proof is embedded from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Wistia under their respective terms. The video file itself stays with the provider; if it is removed there, the embed stops working.
Data export and deletion
You can delete individual records at any time, and you can ask us to export or delete your account and all associated data by emailing philip@casily.ai. How long transcripts are kept is your choice — the retention settings are described in our security page, and the providers that process data for us are listed on our sub-processors page.
Availability and changes
Casily is provided on an as-is basis during early access. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.
Termination
You can stop using Casily at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
