Casily brings your customer proof into one place: reviews from Google, Trustpilot, G2 and Clutch, existing case studies and website content, and what customers say on calls. It helps turn that material into usable proof, records what has been confirmed and what you are allowed to use, flags proof that may be going stale, and finds the strongest fit for sales and marketing work.

A call transcript is one route into Casily. It pulls out the passages that carry proof — the problem, what changed, the figures and the quotable lines — and drafts from those passages only. The same source-led process works with reviews, existing case studies and website content. Nothing leaves draft state until a person approves it.

Only if you ask it to. When you bring in a call transcript, Casily extracts the proof-relevant passages. Your workspace setting then decides what happens to the raw transcript: discard it immediately, keep it for seven days, or retain it. New workspaces discard it as soon as extraction has succeeded.

No. Calls are only one source of proof, and Casily can work with transcripts you already have from Fathom or Fireflies, forwarded transcripts, or uploaded VTT, SRT, TXT, DOCX and PDF files. If you do want Casily to capture future calls, joining from your calendar is available as a fallback rather than the default.

A general assistant can produce plausible copy from whatever appears in a prompt. Casily works from traceable source material: reviews, existing case studies, website content and customer call transcripts. Nothing is invented, and every figure and quote traces back to its source. Casily also distinguishes customer-confirmed proof from attributed public reviews and unconfirmed references, while tracking what was approved, what has changed and what you may still use.

Everything Casily drafts starts as a draft. Someone on your team approves it internally, and when customer confirmation matters you can send the customer a read-only link to approve, correct or withdraw it without logging in. Approval is tied to the exact version they saw, so a later edit is flagged instead of silently inheriting that approval.

Yes. When a customer confirms, they choose where you may use their proof: in proposals and decks sent to prospects, on your website and public proof pages, in social posts and press, or anywhere as long as they aren't identified. A customer can approve proof for private proposals without approving it for your website, and Casily enforces that on every output — publishing, deck slides, social posts and embeds all respect the scope they granted. If a customer withdraws a scope, the affected outputs are blocked and the public page comes down.

Application data is stored in Supabase on AWS in eu-west-1, in Ireland, and Casily itself is built and run from Ireland with no non-EU parent company. Row-level security is enabled on every table carrying customer data, so one workspace cannot read another's. The third parties involved in running the product are listed on our sub-processors page, and none of them use your content to train models.
