Verified customer proof
What the mark means
Every page carrying the mark was confirmed by the customer it is about: their words, what they allowed, and the date they said yes.
- The customer said the words
- Nothing on a marked page is written on the customer's behalf. The quotes and figures come from what they actually said, and they are shown the version being used before it goes anywhere.
- How confirmation works
- The customer is sent the exact page. They answer in one tap — no account, no form to fill in — and choose what may be used: their name, their logo, their figures, their words. They also choose where it may be used: proposals, a public page, social and press, or only with their identity removed.
- They said what may be used
- Naming their company, showing their logo, quoting them, using their figures — each is a separate yes. Anything they held back is absent from the page rather than softened.
- They said where it may be used
- There are four separate answers: in proposals and sales conversations; on a public page like this one; in social posts and press; or only with their identity removed. A page like this one exists only where public use was granted, and the mark names nobody where it was not.
- The date is on the page
- Every marked page records who confirmed it and when. If the content changes after that confirmation, the page stops being available until the customer confirms the new version.
- What happens when permission is withdrawn
- A customer can withdraw at any time. The address immediately answers "410 Gone" instead of the page: no cached copy, no grace period, nothing left to read. Embeds on other sites are served through the same check, so they stop showing the proof at the same moment.
- What happens to the call itself
- Where a page came from a customer call, Casily works from the written transcript, never audio or video of the call. By default a transcript is discarded as soon as the proof has been drafted from it; a company can choose to keep it for seven days or to keep it until they delete it, and that choice is theirs, not ours.
- What Casily does not do
- It does not edit, tidy or strengthen the customer's words. It does not infer a permission that was not given — anything not ticked is treated as refused. It does not put this mark on reviews imported from Trustpilot, Google, G2 or anywhere else: those are shown as coming from that platform, with a link to the original, and never as a confirmation made through Casily.
